BioAstamon
The leader of a group of powerful rouges known as "The Hellfire Gang", that rule the criminal underworld of Junk and Neon City. Shrewd, cunning and charismatic, he often makes decisions on how to "deal" with intruders to their territory by flipping a coin: heads they "survive", tails...well, you can imagine the outcome of that. But more often than not, he's willing to cut a deal with those who meet the gang's ire... for a price, of course.
But what most people or Digimon don't know is that hidden under his coat sleeve, he has one half of a D-Comm communication device--a purple and green-colored one--attached to his arm. But if he has a Tamer...!!
The Jester & Harle
Arguably the strongest of Astamon's Hellfire Gang, the fact he's playful, eager to crack jokes and play practical jokes would be nothing to worry about... if not for the fact he is completely insane, and his "jokes" often involve mutilation and death. Although an Ultimate, he isn't too much stronger than Astamon, making him weaker than most Piemon that exist in the Digital World. Rumors are that Jester's evolution was forced by genetic experimentation, robbing the Digimon of his sanity in the process. He is never without the companionship of his mistress Harle, a playful and overtly childish LadyDevimon who wears a red suit instead of the black and gray one that others of her species are known for. Although her constant, immature advances often draw his ire, her feelings of affection and loyalty for him are practically genuine.
The Penmon
Though only a Child level Digimon, this brilliant and extremely wealthy Penmon surrounds himself with extremely high-tech--and powerful--weaponry that can easily match wits with even higher level digimon, putting him on par with his much stronger gangmates. His wealth and access to technology comes from his family line's business in Neon City, where they own a series of popular and high-rolling casinos; although they wouldn't have stayed successful and high-rolling if it wasn't for The Penmon's underworld ties. Like Astamon he is shrewd and charismatic, and certainly no stranger to resorting to dirty tricks when it seems like the odds aren't in his favor.
Madame Cat
A wry thief who has a surprisingly noble heart, she supposedly gained her Perfect level from an ancient cat goddess who saved her life. The powers granted to her also made her extremely seductive and quick-witted, and is easily able to manipulate even the more wise of the Hellfire Gang's members into doing what she wants. As someone who doesn't necessarily share the unscrupulous morals of her fellow gang members, she is usually the one who quietly slips an antidote or healing property to anyone who manages to survive an attack from the gang...*after* she robs them of any worthy valuables, of course.
The Enigma
Believed to be a former scholar and famous gamemaster in the legendary Witchelny, he was banished after being framed for the dirty work of an associate on a higher tier than he was. He uses the Hellfire Gang as his means to become stronger, to one day return to Witchelny to get revenge on the associate who betrayed him for his own gain. As a Wisemon he is easily the smartest member of the Hellfire Gang, as well as the trickiest as he is able to use riddles and puzzles to confuse even the oldest and wisest of the Digimon that cross his path. Only the charismatic Astamon is able to keep a lid on him, as Astamon is able to keep him chained to the gang with the constant promise that "You won't be able to get your revenge without me."
Dark Ivy
A viral Rosemon who detests the overtly industrial and colonized atmosphere of Junk City and Neon City. This is with reason, as Dark Ivy detests industrialization in general, seeing plants and nature itself as the dominating "species" of the Digital World. She sees the Hellfire Gang as her platform to enforce her view of the world on others that cross the wrong side of the gang, using her control over plants and flowers to add her victims to her "garden". It's believed she and The Jester's mistress Harle are actively participating in "relations" with one another, a fact that Harle is somewhat hesitent to admit to because of her true affections for her boss.
Fries
An IceDevimon who was changed into his current form in an accident involving the death of his beloved mate, he is never seen smiling and has an extremely bleak and nihilistic look on life. This often puts him at odds with The Jester, who constantly taunts him with the phrase, "Why so serious?" He uses the Hellfire Gang as an outlet for his silent anguish, participating in robberies and raids simply because he believes there is nothing left for him...perhaps secretly hoping that there is an opponent strong enough that can delete him and let him be reunited with his mate.
Frightcrow
A rogue Nohemon who is obsessed with the emotion of fear- to the point that he is more than eager to conduct his "experiments" on entire villages and reap the ensuing chaos as its results. He often abuses his larger puppet "body" to achieve these results, often losing its limbs and using patchworks as replacements until he can steal new ones from other Nohemon unfortunate to cross his path. But even Frightcrow is not stupid enough to try and "experiment" on Astamon, as he is more than capable of turning his experiments in fear on its creator.
The Ventriloquist & Stitchface
A lonely, meek Pinocchimon who is completely unaware that he has a malevolent split personality, which manifests itself in his giant Pokyupamon puppet that "calls itself" Stitchface. Stitchface is every bit as commanding as Astamon, but is very ruthless and lacks the charisma that Astamon has; instead relying on brute force to get "his" point across. As such, Ventriloquist is completely subservient to his puppet, always afraid that Stitchface will become angry with him and "knock him off". When separated from his puppet, Ventriloquist becomes frightened, often hearing the angry voice of Stitchface demanding that he return to him or face the consequences.

A former genetics scientist who underwent Kurata's Biomutation program in order to tap into hidden human strengths. But the process of being fused with a Digimon has gradually driven the man mad, because of the negative influence of the Digimon who shares his DNA. He is quite bloodthirsty and lacking of morals, eager to "look into" other creatures he doesn't recognize in order to discover how they "tick". The fact his Digimon form, BioPipismon, has blades all over its body doesn't help those who he finds his morbid interest in. Rumor is that the digimon that was used to turn him into a Bio-Hybrid was his own partner.
Burn
An abnormally strong DeathMeramon, who attributes his super-enhanced strength, fighting power and intelligence to a mysterious program chip that is attached to the back of his neck. Although it makes him abnormally strong, it also makes him extremely quick to anger and even fly into an uncontrollable rage. But even with his new strength, Burn is subservient to Astamon alone: as Astamon is always quick to remind Burn that he gave him his new powers...and he can just as easily take them away.
